The Central Coast MLS is the primary tool Central Coast real estate agents use to notify buyers and agents about their real estate listings. Currently, our MLS covers all of San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara county, excluding Lompoc. This year, Santa Ynez Valley joined the Central Coast MLS. The property search database (also known as IDX) for Homes Central Coast pulls its information from the Central Coast MLS. Real estate brokers can choose if they want their listings to appear in this database and very few do not select this option. You'll see the list of cities our MLS includes on the column to the left.
